The staff involved in the operations of Spot Fx has very specific responsibilities that are carried out with the outmost professionalism and with customer service in mind at all times.

The Accounting Department is in charge of recording the investments into the platform and wiring the money to our supplier for our client to begin trading. The accounting department is also responsible on a daily basis to login in and keep track of our earnings, registered users and funded accounts.

The Social Media Department is responsible for all social media management and deployment of latest announcements that may be of interest to investors.

The Blogging Department is responsible for managing the blog; we bring the latest to investors on the Forex calendar and world issues that may have a direct effect on the price of the currency.

The Administrative Department is monitoring the Customer Service Relationship Management or similar client support system to ensure that we are providing excellent customer support and that all concerns are addressed in a timely manner. 

The Customer Service Department Manager is managing the team in Serbia which is responsible for providing customer support, and blogging on the top Forex blogs.

Reception is directing calls to the correct department and in charge of research information that is valuable to the Forex investor to improve ways we can keep our customers coming back.

The Training Department is an in house expert on training a number of new potential clients to play in the Forex market as we ramp up and quickly increase our client base.

The Writing Department is in charge of writing interesting articles that can allow us to collect new subscribers for our Spot Fx business works at our corporate head office.

Public Relations Department is in charge of trade shows, advertising, signage and booking halls for training in other provinces again to gain additional subscribers to Spot FX.

The Finance Department is in charge of keeping track of all expenses and preparing the necessary statements of income, profit loss, expenses, forecasting, taxes, and financial performance of Spot Fx. 

The Asian Business Development Department is in business development and in charge of adding to the Spot Fx subscription base.

The Investor Relations Department is in charge of investor concerns at Spot Fx.
