FRONT OFFICE WORKFLOW

1.Customer visits Spot Fx through various marketing venues’

2.Opens a Demo account and/or a Live account.

3.USA, Canada, and Australia have eCheck or similar services for verification of clients we can utilize. All other clients can be processed via Moneris since we have been approved, however a name change is required.

 
BACK OFFICE WORKFLOW

1.All departments are able to view incoming applications and existing clients.

2.Any modification can be done with level 2 access.

3.Client information is collected in our secure CRM solution.

4.Client gets approved message subject to funding the account.

5.Business Development staff contacts client and helps him through the process of funding his own account and must always add internal notes.

6.Accounting department checks for wired funds and if seen they check for internal notes on the proof of verification. Alternative we fund the account in advance so client can trade immediately. We can wait for client to fund the account and retrieve the loaned funds from the account where funds were sent from. 

7.CSR Serbia Department  1-2 days later does a follow-up with the traders and tells trader why funds have not arrived- Account is open with restriction- at this point the passport / drivers license copy is requested for fraud prevention purposes and get to know your customer policy.

8.Marketing success is measured and noted in the CSR system.

9.Accounting is micromanaged to prevent any discrepancies

10.Training Department monitors the daily trades.
